The room was gorgeous and spacious.
The staff was unhelpful. They bluntly told me to park on the street after driving 600km. To make matters worse, they offered no assistance when I asked for directions to a nearby car park.

spectacular breakfast does not lack anything, very good location next to the beach and stop of the intercity to go to the center and kindness of the workers and head of reception that although they did not solve the problems in their totality they were very kind almost all and cleaning very well although a little noisy.
That I booked a triple room, 3 adults and they gave me a double room with an extra child when I paid more to be triple adults, I went to complain I was told that the triples were all so in this hotel, with extra, next day they changed our beds and put a big double bed and a single one, door of the bathroom does not reach the floor, it stays about 15 or 20 cmt, with the consequent lack of privacy to be quiet in the bathroom, at night I refresh and open the closet to get a blanket for my daughter and oo. Surprise, there were no blankets. finally, in the morning, we got out of bed, there was so much condensation that the window dripped and a puddle of water formed, almost killed my husband, wall under the skirting board was black with mold, of course, if you don't remove the curtain, you can't see it, excuse for all this was that they are renovating, I had booked more than three months ago they could have warned me that they were not fulfilling the reservation and I changed the hotel, I just know that my 4 days that were supposed to relax, rest and enjoyment were bitter for not fulfilling the expectations, I'm sorry but the 4 stars only have them on the card of the door, truth I hoped that they would change our room and put me saved the displeasure.

Spacious room, with a small table and two armchairs that allow you to have breakfast comfortably, if you have not hired this service, since the room has a minibar and a coffee, tea and milk capsule maker (courtesy of the hotel). Clean and with a huge bed, very comfortable, and with a double set of pillows. Good service (we warned that the minibar was not working and on our return it was already fixed). It is a good option. The room is as described on the web.
The building does not have much charm, it is a huge mass, and you can tell that it is not the latest generation of four-star hotels. Maybe the wifi a little bit right in our room (6th floor). In summer I think it will be very difficult to park, it's next to the Sardinero) although the hotel offers parking with a supplement (I didn't have that problem when traveling in April). Note: be careful with the price of beer in Santander! haha

The hotel was clean.
The receptionist's language barrier made communication difficult, quite frustrating at times.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the magnificent beach just a short stroll away and the close proximity to beautiful parks filled with families and picturesque views. Every morning was an adventure starting from my comfortable room with easy access to Santiago's vibrant culinary scene nearby, perfect for food lovers who enjoy exploring the city on foot.

An electronic key card, pay TV and a writing desk available in the twin/double room. Traditional decor throughout and kind staff at reception desk. Location close to local restaurants, and along the coast. Also, near the beaches.

Positive aspects :. (1) Very good in all aspects and exquisite attention from all staff (reception and restaurant/dining room). (2) The room is also well adapted and with a detail that is very grateful which is that one of the beds is articulated and electrically adjustable. (3) The restaurant is of excellent quality and dishes are of a rational quantity of food, without being too copious and in the right measure.
Negative aspects :. (1) The toilet bowl is so tightly fitted that it is difficult for the disabled person to sit and stand up and impossible for a second person to help him/her if necessary. (2) It does not have a lid, so it is easy for objects to fall from the toilet into it, as there is no small shelf where objects can be left next to the sink. There is a small shelf, it is separate, on the other side of the toilet. (3) The toilet, as it has no space in front of it, has been by far the most uncomfortable for disabled people that we have been to (as it makes access extremely difficult and does not allow for a second person to help them get on or off) and it is a pity as, if instead of being perpendicular to the sink it had been installed parallel, it would not have had some of the problems that it has. (4) It does not have a brush to clean the toilet after use. (5) The towel rail is embedded under the sink between the sink and wall, so tight that there is hardly any room for your hand to pick up and put down the towel. (6) The glass door of the shower, does not close completely the space of the shower and when using it, part of the floor of the washbasin is filled with water.

The room was large and well provisioned. The hotel was near some good bars and cafes and only a few minutes walk to the sea. The location is quite central to this part of Santander and there are a lot of buses that go into the main city and the old city which can be caught a few yards from the hotel. It is well placed for beach life.
A somewhat anonymous sort of large hotel which is fine but nothing special. Unable to see the sea from our room so it really was just a base from which to go out. There is nothing wrong with the hotel per se, it just lacked character from our point of view.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room with Sea View was spacious and offered fine views of the coastline. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, perfect for starting the day right, even if the coffee itself didn't impress.
I was charged for my full stay before arrival, contrary to what I expected. The refund given was less due to exchange rate discrepancies. The smart TV in the room only featured central channels with Netflix access blocked, a letdown. The buffet breakfast prices felt steep given the limited variety. I had a double bed that turned out to be two twins pushed together, causing discomfort as I sank between them. To top it off, the atmosphere was a bit outdated and lacked charm, feeling more like a chain hotel rather than a unique experience.

efficient for business trips.
No free wireless www connection is surprising, also no free use of business centre. Even small hotels with much lower aspirations have this.
